CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for the remaining balance of your service, for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are 20 minutes late or more to your appointment, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge the 50% cancellation/no show fee. Please communicate by text or email that you are running late, or to reschedule.
